The idea of crawfish in a mortar and pestle is so uniquely awful
Vital context: before most of the challenges in this show, the judges walk the contestants through how to make the dish in question, step by step. So this isn't sheer ignorance - they're told exactly what to do... And then go and put the sweet potato in the toaster and mash the crawfish in a mortar and pestle anyway.
(Worst one I've seen was the guy who kept licking his hands after handling raw meat (and then continuing to handle the food!) despite repeatedly being told to stop)
